Spring was a life saver for me and my family. She coached me on nutrition for my hyperactive son. Diet made such a huge difference in his behavior and Spring offered suggestions and meal plans to help us. Spring also serviced me with life coaching that has improved how I handle situations and I still implement these teachings she shared with me to this day. I first worked with Spring about 10 years ago. I was very, very ill & no one could figure out what was wrong (Hospitals, Drs, etc). With some dietary and nutritional shifts Spring guided me back to feeling healthy. I was able to begin working and enjoying time with my family and dogs again. I have worked with Spring on and off theough out the last 10 years to keep myself feeling better than ever. I am 53 and no one believes me. I look and feel younger than I have in years!

I had been using a Sinus product for decades for my severe sinus condition. When I tried Springs “Breathe Clear”, not only did it work much better, I loved knowing it’s just herbs and not chemicals!!! I am completely sold on this product!!! With her gluten free cookbook recipes, I have found alternative ways to cook healthy! All the recipes I have tried taste fantastic and I feel better😃

Spring has helped me restore my health back from severe accident. I was in the hospital for 6 months from being in a coma and broken back. When I came out of the coma I was then insulin dependent diabetic. She helped me with diet and suggested supplements and emotional coaching, I have been free of insulin for well over a year now! I highly recommend her services, she has helped me heal my life and given me hope to live again.
