"What you can expect is a customized fitness plan that will help you with strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and energy in your daily routine. I will teach you proper lifting and breathing techniques, and will teach how to properly condition each muscle group in your body.
I also offer a diet plan (recommendation) which will help you with your weight loss, energy levels, and overall health.

Brian is a natural athlete who enjoys creating fitness goals that push his strength, speed, and performance. Brian is currently a certified personal trainer through AAAI, with a bachelor’s degree in Sports management. From a young age Brian grew a passion for sports, and through his coaches and mentors growing up, he recognized the importance in sharing the positive impact sports and fitness have had on his life. As we get older it is important that we keep our bodies youthful, mind, body, and spirit. Brian’s goal is to encourage all people to live active and healthy lifestyles. Fitness can be fun; Brian has discovered that fitness is a great way to take the stress out of daily living.
