Introduction: I provide Acupuncture and Private Yoga Sessions. I have over twenty years of experience and practice in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. I have worked with a wide variety of people over the years and have seen many different cases. I teach Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga , Hot Yoga, Yoga Stretch and Chair Yoga.
