Buddy is a great motivator! He is an educated trainer who will cater to your fitness needs while also challenging them. He has provided me with workouts that I can use when we have one on one training or when I am working out independently. He has a great attitude that is contagious! His work ethic inspires you to want to challenge yourself to be stronger and be the best you can be.Feb 18, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The rates at the gym that I work at (Warrior Fitness) are $50 for 30 min session and $75 for an hour. For in home training I offer a $50 flat rate and I have equipment to bring if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with general health questions and then qe get into discussing their goals and the reason for them. After signing a waiver, measurements are taken along with bodyfat percentage and weighing in. I will then take the client through a workout which is a basic full body assessment. This will help to tell me where strengths and weaknesses lie. From there we kick it into full gear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?ISSA training and nutrition certifications and TRX. Having these helps not only with general nutrition and training, but TRX training adds a phenomenal functional aspect to it.
