- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pioneered all inclusive up front no surprise pricing. We can email a brochure it's simple and easy to choose exactly what you need. We also have Ala carte pricing for those who prefer to print their photographs themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients are referred by close friends to us, some see our work at a gallery or friend's home. Some find us in Facebook or Instagram, we send our brochure via email, and if the client is local we meet to discover their needs and if we are a good fit. It only works for us if it works for all parties involved. Once they've made the choice to secure us for their date, contract clearly stating all expenses and every detail the client will receive is signed and payment is made, now they can relax since one of the most important parts of their day is all set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from a master printer and photographer, years of assisting or apprenticeship as they called it then, years of taking and teaching workshops, certified by PPA, training as many aspiring photographers as time allows us a passion. Payitforward The years spent in commercial and editorial fashion perfectly complimented what I learned from clients that collect my fine art work.
