Introduction: Im Horace Parker jr. Also known as Chef boi HP!! Im a "Rookie-Veteran" meaning, ive been in this game (industry) for a while, but it's always been my dream to be a personal chef and cater to different events. I bring a flare to traditional meals. We made a crazy list of food for a birthday dinner. He was very kind professional and exactly on time. completely blew us away with everything, it was All sooooo Delicious and the cheesecake and banana pudding were really good too. Definitely will be contacting him again for our next party

My guy half plate came over to the house and made an amazing meal for me and my wife’s anniversary (3 course meal). Food was great and good size portions, he even packed the leftovers inside of a Tupperware for us. Def will use him again .

Chef Boi HP helped to make our 1st wedding anniversary very special. The dining experience was phenomenal. We opted for a 3 course fine dining experience and each course was exquisitely prepared and presented. The chef’s interaction with us was just enough, attentive, but not overbearing. We almost forgot we were home and he was there, that’s how relaxed it became. He left our kitchen space in tip top condition. Price point was appropriate and portions were more than sufficient! Highly recommend!

my prices will always be decent and within your budget.. i will try my hardest to make sure i give everyone an affordable price that will make both of us happy...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i make sure i keep in contact with you prior to the event in case of any changes or etc. cook a master piece and deliver it to your location promptly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
not only i been cooking over 25 years but i attended Johnson & Wales University in Miami for 4 years getting my BA in Culinary Arts and food service management (FSM).. And i have worked in the biz for over 10 years now..
