I had a 5 year old hp laptop I took to a big box store for repair. Their 40 minute evaluation resulted in them telling me the problem was too complex to determine and would run $150 to $200 depending on their findings and I could count on them retaining it 7 to 10 days. I was fortunate to hear about Stevens work. In we'll under 24 hours he had my files backed up and my computer restored to full operating status for far less than the cost offered by the store. He was efficient knowledgeable and client centered. I will be using him again and referring others.
