Introduction: Tom is one of four attorneys in the entire State of Florida who has been Board-Certified as a Specialist in DUI Defense. He is on the faculty of the National College for DUI Defense Summer Session, taught at Harvard Law School every summer. He is also a certified Instructor of DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and has been trained as a Florida Breath Test Operator and a Drug Recognition Officer.
