Introduction: I am a 200 HR RYT yoga instructor and in-home personal trainer. I LOVE teaching people of all ages and abilities. With my own personal practice evolving over years, I am a strong believer in the benefits of yoga off the mat being just as important as the benefits of yoga on the mat. In addition to yoga, I believe in lifting weights and cardio exercise to benefit the whole human movement system. Other than yoga, I lift weights, cross train, box and try to stay as active as possible. I use yoga as a complement to my workouts and know the importance of balance in all aspects of fitness and well-being.
I currently train private clients in-home and have trained in private gyms in the past. I like to come up with fun, engaging workouts that will be different from one session to the next.
I love sharing the practice of yoga with men and women of all ages and abilities. Yoga has been a constant in my life through many life changes, good and bad, and has always brought me peace and clarity. In addition to the mental and emotional benefits, my body feels so much better since becoming a regular practitioner. Sharing all of these benefits with others is so important to me and I believe yoga is an essential part to living a long, happy and healthy life.
