Introduction: I have a level one Crossfit certification and I offer cross-training programming with Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular exercises.
I started going to a standard gym, with the goal in mind, like most people, to look and feel better. Not fulfilled I discovered Cross training, and wow was this challenging, but totally doable. Every movement was scalable, and only as intense as I let it be.
Up until now I had thought of myself as healthy, until trying this training method. It changed the way I thought about food. Knowing the positive effect it would have on each day's work out, eating healthier became easier. Looking psychically fit is just a side benefit you will experience from this style of training.
Since I have been able to express my passion through competition, from 5k's to full marathons, weightlifting meets to Crossfit competitions, triathlons, obstacle races and more.I now want to share what I have learnt to help others with their goals.
I hold a level 1 certified Crossfit certificate. My programming can be scaled to meet any and every persons needs and requirements. From the couch potato to the games athlete.
