- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I remodeled a 25 year old house that had paneling in the dinning, recreation room and kitchen. The panneling was removed.The necessary wire was put in for a sound surround system, new kitchen cabinets, drop ceiling removed, new recessed lights, new appliances and new laminate flooring was installed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's a good idea to check out , or work with someone that has been referred to you. You do not want to hire someone you know nothing about.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like them to know that I have been in this line of work for over 30 years. I am primarily a home builder, but I have also build 2 schools and 2 small shopping centers. I hold a general contractors license in FL and TN. I also hold a Civil Engineering license in NJ.
