- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing definitely fluctuates on an as needed basis. Sometimes events require more detail than let's say a small get together. Also all prices account for my services ONLY, and does not include food cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it is important to get to know the person you will be inviting into your home. I always like to start with a phone conversation for 10 minutes discussing needs/wants and from there I encourage a face to face meet where I will travel to you, and get more details about the event and special needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. With that I also hold a Food Managers License, as well as 10 Years experience in commercial fine dining establishments.
