FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it’s fair and they usually get more than they pay for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the city of Chicago then moved to the suburbs I’ve been working since I was 10 years old we never hired anyone to do work on our homes nor did the neighbors we would all work together on different projects from landscaping, pouring concrete, building garages, remodeling basements, bathrooms, kitchens you name it. Along with that I learned how to use all types of equipment and operate a lot of different types of machinery. And I hate mildew. ,
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a roofing contractor and our equipment used to leak oil sometimes on customers driveways and I would have to pay someone to clean it up. So I decided to buy my own pressure washer. Customers would ask me to do more than their driveways so I started doing roofs, pool cages, whole houses and even pre paint preps where I would get down to the foundation so the painters wouldn’t have to dig and to makes sure the whole house got painted. And it lead to doing commercial properties as well.
