Alden is no longer with the company. I have experience with this company and I advise you to stay away from them. They are very unprofessional, unreliable, and do not do what they say they do. They claim they check on your property, but they do not. They just sit back and collect their monthly payment and never contact you about anything. You will not know when your tenants up and leave, you won't know when any work has been done on your property, and when the tenants move out, they don't fix a darn thing that they broke. It's all up to you. I had to track down my rent check 5 months out of 12 and each time I got "You should have gotten it by now, let me look into it and get back to you". Proceed with caution with this company.
