FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In our area the most common type service is pruning our beautifull Oak trees to get some space between our clients roofline or away from their pool cage. We also get a lot of removal requests from homeowners who have had a tree die or it is just in a bad spot. Our understanding of todays modern climbing and rigging techniques provide a safe removal with no collateral damage. Since 1989 not one claim for a loss on our insurance and not one trip to the ER. A fact I am very proud of. We also trim a lot of palm trees as there are so many in our area. We also do all kinds of general clean-up of brush and debris. If your property is just overgrown we can work it back in shape with beautifull results.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a tree service provider it is most important that the provider is insured specifically for tree services. Some less expensive insurance policies that are for other things ( i.e. landscaping or just general enterprises ) will specifically exclude losses due to tree services. I would also watch the crew as they begin work.. are the appropriatly dresses? Have proper safty equipment? (hardhats, hearing and eye protection) Are they polite and well groomed? Is there one person you can establish as the crew's leader? Do they smell of drugs or alcohol?
