I attended Danielle's prenatal yoga class for the second half of my pregnancy. Danielle's style was perfect for the expectant momma, not too strenuous but still working out all the kinks and craziness that happens to the body during all stages of pregnancy. I am confident I would not have had anywhere near as pleasant of a pregnancy without those weekly sessions with Danielle.
