I am extremely dissatisfied with Eco-Earth Cleaning Services! I paid $279.89 for a "deep cleaning" of the home I just purchased as a surprise for my fiancé. Jim told me that the crew would arrive at 8 AM and clean for 6 hours. The crew was late and honestly did not have many supplies. Plus, the supplies that the crew did have looked like knock-off cleaning brands, definitely not the "eco-friendly" products I was expecting. I let the crew in, showed them around the house, and left for a few hours. I came back before the 6 hours was up-- the crew was already finished and packing up and one cleaner was on her phone. My daughter and I walked through the house and discovered that they had not cleaned all of the rooms. I pointed out a mirror that had not been cleaned, dirty windows, dirty window sills, and many other areas that had not even been touched. (See photos) The cleaners cleaned the areas I pointed out, but there were SO many dirty areas that I decided to just wait and contact Jim directly to discuss the issues. I was so shocked and disappointed, especially because I was expecting to surprise my fiancé with a beautiful, clean home and after they were done it was very far from clean. I hired this company rather than my normal cleaning lady because I thought this was something they specialized in and my expectations were very high! After the crew left, I went around the house and took some pictures of the dirty areas and sent the photos to Jim. He responded and said that he would have his "girl" call me, then he said "OK the girls are saying they walked you through the house," then he stated that he would get this taken care of. I finally spoke with him on the phone a few days later and he kept harping on the fact that his crew walked me through the house. Yes, they walked me through the house and I pointed out MANY filthy dirty areas, but the entire house needed to be recleaned so I decided to just contact Jim directly rather than to walk the cleaning crew around the house and point out all of the neglected, dirty areas (since there were so many). When I spoke with Jim, he was very defensive and acted as if he did not believe how unbelievably dirty my house was after his crew cleaned. He offered to have another cleaner come out and stated that he "would pay" for an additional two hours of cleaning. What about the almost $300.00 I paid for a service I did not receive!? A different two-person cleaning crew came out the following day and cleaned the main areas that needed to be taken care of. The floor in the entire house is still dirty and the house does not smell clean like it should after having a professional cleaning company come out. I have never left a bad review for a company but I am so upset about what happened and I want to make sure that this does not happen again to anyone else. This client was not going to accept the work in any direction. THe photos are clearly of before we started. After my crew finished we walked the client through and was very pleased. At one point asking do we offer a monthly service. I sent a second crew after speaking with her. 10 hours of cleaning with two different crews and she writes this review. We try and my staff prides themselves on the prior reviews and knows that we gain our business on our service. I take all the reviews good and BAD to find ways to improve our company. Some clients we are not going to meet their standards. Some think we can make it new again and at time I wish I could. However with all that has been said I will offer her additional cleaning at no charge to her to try to make an effort to change her mind. My staff and I do the very best we can to keep our reviews positive.
