I own several vacation rental properties and and I have finally found a reliable and dependable cleaning service. I have bookings come in from Airbnb VRBO/Homeaway, instantly. The reservations can sometimes come in with very little notice, so the homes must be in check in condition at all times. Jim knows that my booking and success are dependent, on our quest satisfaction when they arrive to the homes. Many of these guests live abroad, Internationally, and are "travel weary" as they come in from the long journeys, for a vacation. Jim does an excellent job, keeping the home clean and welcoming, making the guests feel comfortable from the minute they open the door. He leaves greeting gifts, coffee, tea, toiletries, and fixes bedding and towels so the guests making each one feel, special. I have used ECO EARTH for an extensive period of time and Jim goes above and beyond any cleaning service I have used. No other cleaning company has ever come close to the excellent service Jim provides! Jim actually goes in the kitchen cabinets and looks at the dishes to see if they have been put back clean by the guests . He makes sure the trash is put out on the street on the correct days. He is honest and is a hard worker. Jim earns every penny. He rolls up the towels in the bathrooms in a decorative fashion to wow the guests . He also looks at ways to save us money for our supplies and improve the guest experience which is very helpful . His staff is well trained and he supervises them to ensure they maintain high standards. Jim offers a wide range of services, such as cleaning tile grout, cleaning carpets, removing unwanted odors using an ozone gun, cleans dryer vents, pressure cleans and cleans furniture. He has an AMAZING amount of cleaning equipment ! You will not be disappointed if you hire ECO EARTH !

James did an absolute excellent job cleaning my place! Went out of town for the day, left James the code to my lobby and front door, and returned home to a condo that seemed like it was brand new! He cleaned everything beyond my expectations, including the AC air Intake, folded the sheets in my dryer, made the bed and even washed the salt build up off my ocean-facing balcony floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Great job and highly recommend!!

We bought a house that had not been touched in years still with furniture in it. James cleaner the kitchen,carpets,bathroom,steam cleaned the furniture and mattresses, and washed the walls. He did an excellent job!!!'

We had all the tile removed from the first floor of our home and had cement dust everywhere. It was very overwhelming for us and we didn't think we would ever get rid of the dust. Jim and his team arrived on time and immediately started washing down all the ceilings and walls. They took such extra care to ensure the dust was gone and offered to help us move things and provided advice on how to get our clothing dust free. Jim is very thorough, takes pride in his work and ensures his customer is happy. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Eco Earth to do any type of cleaning. We plan to use Jim and his team going forward to clean our home.

I contacted the company at the last minute (on a Sunday), for a post-construction cleaning (on Tuesday) for my remodeled condo. I decided the job was going to be entirely too much for my regular cleaning lady! James responded immediately and he and three of his staff came to my rescue. They somehow managed to get rid of all the dust, clean carpets, dust walls, and wash windows and tile/wood floors. I now have a clean, beautiful home when the moving van arrives tomorrow!!!
