North State Garage Doors is awesome! Gabriel came out and installed a new opener for me. My garage is insanely tall (15+ feet) and they switched me to a hanging motor (at my request). They hung the metal framework and put the new opener up very quickly. They're super responsive and friendly, I love these guys!

Gabriel was punctual and fixed the spring on my garage door. He even extended the life by lubricating all necessary parts and replacing other parts as needed. Finally, he was very flexible in working around my work schedule.

Like many other customers I look through reviews before hiring anyone. I did the same here. I was extremely nervous about the one negative review they had here but it did not match the rest of the reviews here nor on other websites. I decided to call Gabriel because his price was very fair and also get an explanation of the bad review. While he was very apprehensive about taking about another customer I insisted that I needed more details so I could decide to hire him. He gave me the big picture and I decided to hire him. So my experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Gabriel showed up on time and took care of my garage door installation. To me he went above and beyond because I was missing an extension to the track for my garage door opener and he identified that immediately. At that point I would have expected him to say he will have to reschedule it until I get that part. Instead he said no problem, let me run over to Lowes and go get it for you and complete the job the same night. Anyway he did go to Lowes and grabbed the part and completed the installation for me even though it went a lot later into the evening then he was expecting.
For anyone looking for an honest hard working small business owner you should not hesitate to hire Gabriel.
