- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything has a set price. I like to ensure that my quote/invoices reflect exactly what was done so there is no question as to what you are paying for. If there ever is a question or concern, I like to address those issues before starting the project to eliminate any confusion in the end. I consider myself to be fair, am willing to explain my costs & adjust prices if needed (& agreed upon in the beginning).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Totally demo a job. Repair and prep (fix any problem seen & prepare area for new material). Install new product. Clean new area, replace anything removed, walk thru completed job with customer to ensure satisfaction & catch any mistakes &/or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate and have been installing for 37 yrs. I began as a child, enjoying the time spent with my grandfather. Thanks to his patience in teaching, it became a career & something I take pride in.
