Introduction: My work stands out because im a people person but i have a job to do and i go strickly by the book when it comes to selling any food items! The national food safety org requires that hot food be kept at 135o but i go further i keep my foods at 145 to ensure they are safe and if i wont eat it im not going to serve it to you! No points here! I love meeting the people!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Absolutly i stay up on the rules and regulations and continue to learn this proffesion, as i belong to several food vending organizations that are always looking for ways to improve service to the community.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The type of business we do is we can bring lunch to your place of business by bringing our cart and parking in the lot and folks can walk up or call their order in. We also can take all the worry out of your next event by coming and serving your customers or family and friends hot dogs, sausage, or 1/4lb burgers with so many toppings. If there is something special you need just call us and we will try our best to take care of that need!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Do your research go have lunch with the service you are looking at, and be clear on what your needs are. Different events require different things so be clear. Make sure your vendor is liscensed and insured. Get at least 2 estimates and compare them to your needs and what they can supply for you. If you provide your own drinks it drops the cost down quiet a bit so consider your options
