I have known Det. Glenn J. Cooper for more than 20 years, both personally and professionally. I am an attorney in Connecticut, practicing law for more than 30 years. I was struck by Glenns professionalism, his ability to listen to his clients, his concern for each case he handles, his hands-on attention to detail and the suggestions that he makes. Glenn handled a case for me with the local school system in which an undercover camera was positioned in a purse, so that the proceedings in a meeting in which I was involved could be videoed and recorded. I was also involved in an operation in which a local bartender was suspected of pocketing money. The entire operation was videoed one evening, capturing the theft for the owner to see for himself. With all of his expertise, there is virtually nothing that gets past Glenn; he is both savvy and attuned to any scam or criminal endeavor!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OUR INVESTIGATION AND RESULTS, ON OUR CLIENT'S BEHALF ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. FLORIDA PRIVATE DETECTIVES ARE COVERED UNDER SIMILAR CONFIDENTIALITY AS ATTORNEY - CLIENT PRIVLEDGE. PER STATUTE 493.6119(1) We are not into mass marketing for clientele and are selective on cases. The agency makes attempts to work within a client's budget while delivering the most professional results. Often we deliver more than the client paid for. Further, there is usually more than one way to "skin the cat" so lets start off by utilizing the most inexpensive investigative procedures. We accept personal checks and will take a credit card but with a very small added fee to cover the card's processing fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, not being a lawyer, we take the time to explain what can and cannot be done. There are so many examples of investigative pitfalls if a person is not familiar. As one example, many times a "nationwide search" doesn't really mean a nationwide search when using a public database. And just one more... there is a big difference when speaking with a State Police Agency when asking for criminal records vs closed police reports. We keep the client informed and provide not only a professional report but hard copy documents to back up our findings.

I have extensive education and in-service investigative training along with 40 years of experience.
