Patrice catered my husband's parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful! I couldn't have been more pleased especially that I was planning this event from out of state! After corresponding with Patrice via phone and email I was certain that she was the right choice! And she proved me right! Patrice and her staff were marvelous! Patrice also helped in finding the right rentals company (and they were awesome too!). The day of the event, Patrice and her staff arrived on time and with much enthusiasm. The food was fabulous! And their service impressive! I must mention that after seeing how Patrice and her staff worked together, one gets the feeling that her staff is an extension of her - they are not just employees simply doing a job; they really shined through! I would hire Patrice Depino again in a heartbeat!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    At 22 I got married to a Butcher, I couldn't even boil water. He taught me how to break down a cow, how to use knives and how to cook my first chicken. I fell in LOVE with food and finally knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. We bought our own business, started Catering, I went on to Culinary School, and here I am.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Please try to have some sort of idea of your catering budget, price out some of the different foods your interested in before contacting a caterer, so you have an idea of the cost, you can do that right in your supermarket. Be realistic.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish more people knew how difficult, and how many hours go into one event. We put at least three, 8 hour days before the event and 12 plus on the day of the event, not including the loading and unloading of the food stuffs.
