Jennifer came to my house, grilled multiple meats, burgers and chicken. She suggested a few recipes, put them together and I ate everything we cooked. Everything came out perfect. She also tested my BBQ sauce and she made slight changes for a better tasting sauce. I highly recommend her services and I will be hiring her again. I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a professional to help me lose weight but I was always starting and failing at any diet I started. My friend hired a health coach and lost 49lbs so I decided to try it out. Jennifer knows exactly how to relate and work with you as an individual. She figured out my habits and was able to push me past all my excuses lol (which are many!). It was such an incredible journey working with her. I was never allowed to just fail. She would always find another tactic to get me focused and still pushing towards my goal and week by week I saw the weight come off. I'm so grateful for Jennifer!!! I would highly recommend her. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1: Book a 45-60 min consultation to discuss health goals, health history, lifestyle regime, and anything else that may enlighten behaviors we can address during the program. Step 2: After the consultation, the meal plans and program chosen will be customized just for you! You will then receive an email with a client agreement, a health assessment document, your food diary and exercise planner and your first recipe bonus guide! The food diary needs to be kept for a min of 3 days prior to the first week of the program to enable me to see what are your preferred foods, what are the products you use and what your eating habits are (ie. time of day, snacker? Do not eat breakfast? etc). The client agreement and health assessment form need to be filled out and payment made to paypal.me/ediblepolitics.org before the program can begin. Step 3.
