I have known Frantz for over 5 years. As a trainer he is very intense he trains clients aggressively but only to their own limits. He does a thorough check on his clients to see what their restrictions are and everything he needs to provide training speficially made for the one person. He is like no other trainer in the local Boston surroundings. He has his own unique styles and methods. He provides individuals with their own nutrition so along with his great training they see results and get to enjoy a happier, healthy life and less time in the gym and more time enjoying life. Frantz is highly recommended and an amazing person,
I love working with Mike. He listens to my concerns and is careful to keep me moving forward but if i need to slow my pace he can adjust. I also appreciate how he is always encouraging me to be better and he doesn't just focus on the workout. We also talk about nutrition and mindfulness and encouagement cor others and from within. We've only been worling together a few weeks and i already feel different, stronger and more positive.
I am 53, I have scleroderma, 9 major surgeries including neck, hands and feet. I haven't exercised in 14 years. Jill is an amazing Kundalini yoga teacher , I have attended her classes and they have left me in absolute bliss. She works in such a gentle and relaxed way that it puts you in a quiet place from the very beginning. When I took her classes not only did she beautifully guide us through the sets gracefully but she also gave us a bit of humor and encouraging words when she knew there were certain parts of the set that may not have been too easy to do. She holds the space beautifully and the positive energy she carries in her is transmitted when you are a student in her class. She explains what we are doing and why we are doing it, as we are working on it she never forgets to let us know what are the benefits of doing what we are doing at that exact moment. She is truly a great teacher and has what it takes to put you at ease in her class if you're feeling stressed by everyday issues, she gives us that escape we as humans in this world of work and bills need to be able to get by through our days sanely and calmly. I will continue to take Jill's Kundalini classes and I hope more and more people take the opportunity to do so as well. She also has helped me to pay attention more to my nutrition and to be more careful with what I do eat and what I should not eat. For everything I eat she has a better , healthier choice to give me if not one, more then one. I feel inspired to know such an amazing person who sincerely cares about the well being of every person she meets. Whether it's Yoga or nutrition, Jill is here to help and she does it from the heart.

After doing his own research and contacting several trainers, my 12 year old soccer playing son asked us to hire Charles to train him to get stronger and more fit for playing soccer. He is small for his size, plays travel soccer and really wanted to get stronger to reduce his number of injuries. With a heavy duty soccer schedule we were only able to fit in about 1 1/2 hours (2 sessions) of training per week. Charles is always on time and very professional, but what impressed me the most is how Charles goes above and beyond these one on one training sessions. He researched diet and nutrition for young soccer players and gave us some helpful information. He attends my son's practices, games and try-outs whenever he can to see him in action. He designs simple work-outs on a weekly basis that my son could do at home on days he does not train with Charles (always incorporating rest days before games). And whenever we travel he looks up the hotel we are staying at and their gym facilities and designs a work out program for the time that we are away. We have been so impressed with Charles' dedication to my son's success, and my son's progress with him in a short amount of time (5% increase in muscle mass after the first few months).....not to mention, he is a really nice guy. I can't think of anything that could be improved, except for our own personal convenience...we wish he was a little closer to where we lived, or that he could train him at the gym that is closer to our house. I don't think we could find a more dedicated personal trainer anywhere!
Kim is a very knowledgable nutritionist and an excellent fitness trainer. I signed up for three months and overall goal will take a full year, so I will continue to monitor and update my experience. So far, I am enjoying my transition to healthiness. Kudos to Kim - I am not easy to motivate !
