Introduction: I have a strong love of problem solving...almost stubborn. I look at all angles to simplify a process or task and improve if possible. I want the client to get the most out of their systems and make it as simple as possible to do so. As a Microsoft Refurbisher, I want the system to be as strong as it was originally. Repairs are performed with this same focus. I always try to provide the client's need and include the wants at the most reasonable price. The joyful response from a client is like applause. Providing the service at a reasonable cost is icing on the cake. Recently retrieved 720gb of photos from a "blank" drive and saved a college student final exam from a broken flash drive.

Was having a problem with my computer when I went to do income tax. Error message came up from Windows and I could not use my computer or even turn it off. I googled for help & Thumbtacks came up with Techandtoys. I got in touch with the nicest man who offered to help me without me having to take computer in. He remotely walked me thru the problem & checked everything out to make sure hard drive & all drives etc were working. I am so glad to find this company and I plan to use this gentleman in the future should I have another computer problem. His fee was very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

I was in a panic when I found TechandToys. It was late on the 31st of December and unable to read my thumb drive to pay bills. I requested to be contacted and he responded almost immediately. He had me bring it over on New Year’s Day so he could get started. It was time consuming, but he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to retrieve almost all of the data on the drive. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again!
