Introduction: Hi I am Tina Munroe I am the mother of 2 grown daughters and the grandmother of 6. I have been cleaning since I was about 7 yrs old due to having a single parent and 3 brothers. Wow! I placed a request on Thumbtack for a deep clean to be done on my house. Tina, with Mopstyx, answered that night! I was amazed when she said she could do the job the same week! Tina and 2 more of her team arrived just a little late but started immediately upon arrival. They brought all their own gear and jumped right into cleaning! The price was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. I will be scheduling Mopstyx regularly to keep my house clean from floor to ceiling! Thanks Tina!

This was my first experience with a cleaning service and it was so positive. I scheduled monthly cleaning on the spot and recommended this company to a work colleague.I have 4 dogs and had been ill for awhile so my normal house cleaning had severely lapsed. They came in and cleaned thoroughly, door frames, baseboards, ceiling fans,walls, etc. They were very professional, only taking 10 minute breaks issued by Tina and the rest of the time was work, work, work. My house has a lot of square footage with tongue and groove walls. It smelled and looked so good after the girls were through. Her crew of 3 worked for 4 and half hours steadily. Great value for the money. I had reasonable expectations and they met and exceeded those quite handily. Did I have a new house when they were finished, of course not, but I did have a clean house that felt good to be in. Was every spec of dirt magically sucked out of a 4 dog home, naturally not but what was done was that I had a clean base which will be easily maintained until next scheduled cleaning. Tina even pointed out some things she wanted to get this month like vents. I imagine if they had started with a normally clean house it may have looked new when they were done but I cant say enough about what a great job they did with what they started with and the funds I had allocated for the job. I am looking forward to a continuing relationship with Tina and her crew. One of the girls is a kitchen magician and had my appliances sparkling like new. I really can't say enough good things. Tina worked really well with me to discuss expectations, and costs so that there was no disappointment on my end. I think the most impressive thing of all was that she delivered on what she said. I have found that many contractors "talk the talk, but don't walk the walk" . I am very happy to say she is not one of them in my experience. C.Farmer

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to do a walk thru estimate with you before we give you a set estimate. We also like to do a Deep Cleaning the first cleaning and then follow up with standard cleanings there after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do walk through estimates with our protential clients. That way we all know what is expected from both parties. We get a view on the job so we know what kinds of supplies and equipment we need to bring with us. after the job is complete and our client is satisfied we collect our payment and give a business card so that the client can call us next time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning house since I was 5yrs old and learned to cook by the time I was 7. so I have many many yrs of experience. I have cleaned professionally for 10 yrs.
