FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/session for online training sessions, and $60/session for in-person training sessions. If you are someone with more experience in the gym, I offer customized fitness plans, including video demonstration of exercises, with pricing based on the amount of days per week you’d like to workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin working with new customers by asking questions about their current lifestyle, workout plans, and goals. Based on those questions and their unique needs I will design a fitness plan and discuss personal training options. I am currently offering in person and online services, and my schedule and pricing is flexible based on the needs of client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I have a B.S. in Athletic Training, and I am currently studying at the University of Southern California to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a DPT student, I am constantly learning about anatomy, human movement, and the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. This continuing education encourages me to think about movement in new ways, and allows me to better understand how my clients move.
