I have been a non-techie customer of Jonathan Lyons and Lyons Digital Media since 2006. During that time I have learned to manage our website with ease, thanks to them. There have been a glitch or two along the way that needed attention. In the beginning I would panic thinking there would be no way to fix the problem. I would call their number and Jonathan or his lovely wife Barbara would answer the phone. And before I knew it the problem was solved. Now if I have a problem, no panic, I make the call and the crises is over. My favorite memory was when I received my first "Smartphone". I called for help to set up my outlook email that comes through our website. They were on vacation but stopped what they were doing to walk me through the steps. That is true costumer service. I have recommended their services to more people than i can remember. All of those great adjectives that describe the best in people and companies can be used to describe Jonathan Lyons and Lyons Digital Media. However, the one I like best is... patient!

    Most of our clients need content management. In plainer terms, they need a way to add new text and photos about their business or association to the website that's quick and painless. We do that very well. We also make it easier to build your newsletter or social media stream right from your website.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look at the work that the developer has done. Do you like it? If not, talk to someone else. A lot website design is subjective. Find someone with a style you like and keep the lines of communications open. Remember that websites need content and if you have nothing to say about your business, it will be hard to build your website.
