- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a simple, reasonable hourly rate. At the start of the engagement, I will provide an estimate of what I foresee as the ultimate fee. Half will be due before work begins and the balance will be due before the final product (or result) is delivered (or communicated).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read business and legal publications as well as keep current on newsworthy consumer and small business developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural progression for me after retiring from the "customary" practice of law. Performing this work is a "calling" in that I can perform functions that clients cannot perform for themselves at a reasonable cost.
