Yoga with Leigh Ann is one of the most transformational experiences I've ever embarked upon. The tone of her voice, almost like smooth jazz, rising and falling vibrating intentionally with the cadence of your own breathing, quickly puts you into the frame of mind to delve deep into her yoga instructions. Not unlike an orchestra leader, there are times when she has us all moving and breathing in unison! While simultaneously demonstrating proper form, she provides encouraging instruction to the class as well as adjustments to individuals with specific needs and abilities. Her awareness is uncanny! I look forward every week to my yoga class knowing that I will leave feeling less tense, clear headed and better centered then when I arrived. The more I go, the feeling of genuine "well being",seems to last longer and longer throughout my day. Trust me when I say that I "rarely" award 5 star excellence to any service provider. I don't mean to embarrass her as she is sincerly humble spirit. However, the execptional performance of Yoga Instructor Leigh Ann warrants more than 4 stars!

Andrew provides a very responsible manner to run his business bringing his customers as a priority for him. Service is great! He will make sure your house is clean as you expect. His yoga classes has been my favorite. He’s really knowledgeable and has a lot of training which he transfers to you.
I have done reike and yoga with the guidance of Nicoleta. She is a very soft sweet soul that has devoted her life to help others. Nicoleta has been God send to me in my life. Helping me heal a hernia I had and furthering my spiritual and physical development through yoga. She seems to intuitively know what I need on a particular day. Over the past 5 years, Cole has greatly strengthened my yoga practice. He’s a phenomenal instructor who truly cares for his students’ progress. I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
This was my very first yoga experience and it was an incredible experience. Amy did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and helping me achieve poses that exceeded what I thought I could. She created a peaceful and soothing environment that helped me really engage in the experience. I am usually not comfortable being touched (I even hate massages), but Amy's gentle approach to hands-on coaching was completely comfortable and helped me properly do the exercises. I can't wait for the next session.

At age 15, I was 5'8'', 185 lbs and diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Because of my desire to stay as healthy as possible, I have been working out on and off for the last 25 years. During my best years, I have worked out 3-4 times a week doing some kind of cardio and weight training. My worst years I would go for months without even stepping a foot in the gym. I have worked out with personal trainers, I've done group classes including kajukenbo, yoga and kick boxing. I've done crossfit, orange theory, soul cycle and flywheel. I even spent several years making my own workout plans by reading books and watching YouTube channels. By the time I got to LB, I had many experiences with personal trainers and fitness coaches. When I first met LB, my posture was horrible, my hips were tight, my back was stiff and I could not properly and safely do squats which really limited my lower body and over all strength. This had to do with many years of sitting for long stretches of time, and when I wasn't doing that, I was hunched over a screen. Unlike with my other personal training experiences, LB assessed my total fitness capacity. He did not just give me a regurgitated workout plan every week, but he personalized it to include my goals plus what he thought I needed. He also explains everything he is doing and why he is specifically targeting certain areas of your body. The biggest benefit I have found is that with LB, I am much more aware of my body. The more we have worked out, the more I have been able to focus on engaging my muscles in a mindful and purposeful way. My posture has improved greatly. I am now mostly always aware of standing tall and strong. My squats have definitely gotten better. The biggest surprise with that is that I don't absolutely hate doing squats anymore. I kind of look forward to them to see what I can do. I've learned all kinds of stretches to help myself out during the day so that I keep myself as supple as possible, and our new goal is a pull up! That's the best part of working out with LB, he makes sure you are always heading towards specific and clear goals so you can track your progress. I would and have recommended LB to anyone who is serious about caring for their bodies, being strong, being flexible and being an all around bad ass. It doesn't hurt either that LB is a super nice guy. I have not suffered any injuries over the years, but If I did, I know LB, through his experience and education, would be able to help me function and the best level that I could. If you want to get strong, healthy, flexible and solid, LB's your man.
I’ve received private yoga instruction several times through Emily. She is professional, reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable about her craft. It is clear that she spends a lot of time researching and practicing yoga, reiki, and chakra balancing. I have never left my mat unhappy after a session with Emily! I would reccommend her to anyone with any skill level, and I will continue to come back!
During my sisters Bachelorette weekend, she wanted to do sunrise yoga. So, I called Brooke. She is an amazing yoga teacher! Not only did she show up on time, she had mats for all the girls in the party. (I forgot to grab them before we left and she saved us from doing beach yoga on a towel.) Brooke also took time out of her busy schedule to meet us all the way in Hollywood at 7 in the morning. She was very attentive to her audience, asked us if we’ve done yoga before, any indjuries, and also showed us moderations for poses. The part that the group and myself loved was when she related our hips to the future and the past. Also, because it was a bachelorette weekend. Brooke, took some time from single poses to join together and celebrate the bride. We made hearts, and circled around the bride to send love and peace. It was wonderful! All the ladies and myself had a very awesome experience! I would use her anytime I wanted to do yoga!
As a yoga beginner Marie really took the time to explain and show me the base of the practice of yoga 🧘♀️ to be able to move forward in my journey and practice on my own as well . She is a wonderful teacher with great explaination skills and patience.
