Introduction: I have been designing homes for 15 plus years. I am currently doing new home designs in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Taos, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Raleigh and Las Vegas. I grew up in Houston designing homes. I pride myself on making sure the customer feels they are being taken care of throughout the whole process. I provide electronic copies for submittal to the county/state/neighborhood. In your Plan Set you will be provided with the following: Site Plan, Foundation Plan layout (Engineer to look over), Dimension Plan, Electrical Plan, Interior Elevations, Framing Plan layout (Engineer to look over), Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan and any Design Details associated with having to construct the residence. If there is any need for an engineer to stamp the Foundation or Framing plans, I will send them to and engineer of your choice. Some plans need them depending on where they are being built.
