FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to meet with your instructor / coach prior to your first session. A great trainer will want to sit down with you and understand your goals and health limitations. Collecting this information will allow them to create a program that is unique for your needs and goals limiting your exposure to injury while maximizing your results. During your meeting feel free to ask questions. Asking some great questions will give you a better understanding about the trainer, their background, and any program they may be designing for you. Make sure your questions and the trainers answers relate to your goals.
