Amazing experience. The person who contacted me is very professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole fixing process step by step until the issue was resolved. Fixed the problem on the telephone and did not charge me at all. I ended up hiring them for regular AC maintenance for all of my home ACs. Definitely recommend Heat Relief LLC to anybody . Thanks

  Upfront Pricing. Service Fees are waived if work is done. No hidden cost.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  In our initial communication we ask basic questions about what is happening with your HVAC system, that way we get an idea of the issue and can put some of your questions to rest. After we get your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email) we schedule your appointment. On our appointment we check your system completely and give you the solution to the issue and how we will fix it. We give you a price and most of the time can do the job right after your approval (depends in case we need to go get a part, etc.) We leave your HVAC system working perfectly

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our technicians are EPA 608 Certifications. Our Management and Technicians are NATE Certified.
