Needed my 5bed house cleaned after movers left. This provider was available on short notice, at a reasonable cost and came when scheduled. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We (Discounts are available for customers who book or schedule the same day Interest is shown, and for customers that successfully complete a review . Pricing is based upon services, time , and size of cleaning areas.Prices you see are Thumbtacks base price which is calculated by the number of rooms/baths. Customers will receive a final price during in person walk thorough at scheduled service time. During the walk through we identify the condition of the home, the size,what needs to be done, and provide final quote. Customer must agree and accept with finale quote before the start of services . (Not obligated to accept finale quote).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process when working with a new customer is to learn as much as possible about their needs ,so that I may provide an accurate quote. Here are the following questions I ask new customers. 1. What type of service do you need and how often? (One time, ongoing, move out...) 2. Where are you located? (City, area of city) 3. House or an apartment? 3. One story or multi-level? 4. What is the square feet? Number of bedrooms? Number of bathrooms? 5. Do you know the amount of carpeted square feet and hard floor surface square feet? 6. Do you have a list of cleaning specifications? (If yes, Please provide) 7. When would you like services provided? (Date and Time) 8. What is your email address (Quote, Invoice, and Follow up) 9. What is your budget?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Hotel cleaning , Residential cleaning , and Covid -19 Training
