- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $50 for a Windows re installation. Small data backups are free, larger data backups are reasonably priced. Other jobs are fairly priced, with an upfront detailed explanation of the parts needed, and how long the process will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to them on the phone and get an understanding of what they need. And see if we can agree on a price for the specific job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. I am also CompTIA A+ certified.
