- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing as there is no such thing as standard problems. Each customer is unique and pricing is the same, custom tailored to the customer and their particular problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a bi-lateral trust, explain to them what is recommended. With out trust, nothing can get done properly or quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended ITT-Tech 2004-2006 in the School of Electronics. I also worked for Dell technical services center repairing PC's under Dell Warranty and am currently as of November 2015 attending ITT's Bachelors program for Electronics and going to be attending USF's MBA program in 2016.
