    My pricing system for my services starts at $80.00. I look at both hardware and software of the computer to help get the customers computer back to a speedy and working properly order without them spending so much money.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After they call me or I call them I ask them further information regarding what is wrong with the computer. I then tell them the procedure of how to order parts and how I can get their computer back in running order.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm a gradate of Everest University in Computer Science and Technology, I also gone for my under studies at Florida Career College in Computer Networking and Engineering I received a Bachelors degree in both and currently working as a Network IT Analyzer at a hospital where I tackle 500 computers five days a week with various issues,
