Al was great. We originally only wanted to have a light outlet put in the ceiling of a room that did not have one. While Al was here, we decided to go ahead and do another project that we wanted to do and put LED spot lights on back porch. Al was more than willing to do the additional job while he was here. His work was neat and complete. We are very happy with the results.

I am extremely satisfied with the driveway that Mike and his crew constructed. He put a nice touch on the driveway by building a radius that tied into my front porch. It really looks great. The finish was done extremely well. I would absolutely recommend MF Concrete Services for any concrete needs.

I'm always a little suspicious when I see rave reviews of service on line... Is the author a relative, friend, etc.? I had zero knowledge of Ryan and Mark before I went looking for a contractor. I chose them because they had good reviews. It was a good choice. The work was complex. They replaced a 4th floor deck that is supported by the 3rd floor deck which also needed to be replaced and the 3rd floor deck sits directly on a flat roof that also needed structural work. The 3rd and 4th floor decks are supported by a second floor deck which needed to have the supports raised while the underlying deck boards were replaced. They also replaced the steps from the 2nd floor deck to the back yard. I won't go into all the other work that was done but I wanted the reader to understand that this was more than just replacing a few boards. Pros: 1. They showed up on time to review the work for bid. 2. They showed up on time for every day that they where scheduled. 3. They did everything that we agreed to do. 4. They did it well. 5. They were creative in their approach to facing the challenges (read smart). 6. They cleaned the site up every day. 7. There were no loud radios blaring. 8. They are reasonably priced. Cons: None. I would highly recommend Ryan, Mark and Steve.

Excellent customer service, excellent job screening our 10x40 back porch, and finished quickly, especially considering it was the holiday season. I'm very pleased.

Tom has built everything from custom architectural desks, custom wood wall art and he also helped us finish detailed framing on our deck. He was professional, trustworthy, artistic and has incredible craftsmanship. It was a true pleasure to work with him.

Stan has done more than my original project I set out on thumbtack. He is honest, fair and reasonably priced. He started with minor plumbing then removing my backsplash and counters. Then putting up new drywall where my backsplash was and replacing it. I will hire him next to build a 15'x14' composite deck in my backyard bar area.

Michael has done several projects for me. I had my porch torn down and rebuilt, roof reshingled, and a section of stucco removed and reapplied. I was very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call Michael again.

My wife and I purchased a 1910 built house that needed an additional bathroom and porch converted into a laundry/mud room. Greg did a fantastic job meeting our requirements, holding his subs accountable and going above and beyond to help with other tasks outside the initial agreed job. I have actually contracted Greg for a commercial job next and look to use him on many future projects. He provides excellent work and a great work ethic.

Tony did a great job! He was punctual and his work is amazing. We had him do some drywall, electrical and baseboard work in multiple areas of the house. He was also able to diagnose a moisture issue we had coming from the exterior of the house and fix that issue as well. All in one day! He went above and beyond our expectations and we have already spoken with him about a second project on a deck for the backyard! We will definitely use Tony for the next and future projects!

Land Rock Design was by far the easiest company I have had to deal with in a long time. I got land rock designs name from a neighbor who he had done work for and he was fabulous to work with. He had to jack hammer the old decking out and hook up the downspouts to a underground drainage system before he could lay the pavers and he did everything he said he was going to do and was very much on time. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone. My patio looks fabulous and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Bob & Stacy

Mark did an outstanding job not only building my deck but also helping us design it. He and his crew were always on time, covered all surrounding areas and cleaned up each day. At the end of my job they took extra care to ensure my home was left spotless. Everyone who has seen our new deck loves it. Thanks Mark for creating a getaway for us to relax.

I can not rave enough about Reel Construction, they are second to none. We are new residents of Seminole, FL and bought a home that ended up needing some MAJOR repairs and renovations (including structural). Not knowing anyone locally for the job, we had to depend on our gut to choose our General Contractor. We reached out to countless contractors, called numbers off of vehicles driving down the road and trolled the internet for more hours than we wished. Our scope included: -Demo the entire exterior of the house down to structural wood and replace 30 year old cedar planks with Hardie lap siding and nasty tar paper wrap with Tyvek. -Eliminate 2 windows entirely, convert 2 windows to doors (one sliding and one french), replace 11 other 30 year old windows with up to date, code compliant Anderson windows, convert 1 sliding glass door to a window and cut off a dilapidated, rotted 12ft x 8ft balcony on a third floor. -New roof. Which he was honest in telling me that I was better off contacting a roofer independently and gave me 3 roofers to contact. We ended up Going with Acoma Roofing...also a total home run, great experience, phenomenal outfit! So, after reaching out to dozens of people, it came down to 4 GC's... 1- Guy A, came by to look at the scope and after calling him for a week asking for a proposal, he finally answered the phone and said he did not have time for our job. 2- Guy B, was 3 hours late to a set appointment, "could not find our house", claimed he is a one man show with no overhead which is why his (incomplete) estimate that did not cover my entire scope of work and was suspiciously low...This dude was 80 years old and didn't really "listen" to me during his visit anyways. 3- Guy C, I had to beg him for a face to face meeting to go over the scope of our job for 3 weeks! He finally sent his "new foreman" and he showed up to our house late and with his wife and kids in tow...Then I had to beg him for 3 more weeks for a proposal which I still have not gotten as I write this review. And those are the ones that I got in touch with!!! This doesn't include the countless emails sent and voicemails left with responses that range from no call back or clearly incompetent outfits, to having a yelling match over the phone because "I didn't know what I was talking about and if we are going to start out by you telling me how I'm going to run my job, then go call someone else..." It is exhausting to even narrow it down to 3 equal, or even similar options to choose from. Also, if you are reading this and are wondering who these other outfits are, feel free to call me for more details, my name is Happy 904-716-1616 So on to the good stuff, from day one, Jory was punctual, attentive, accommodating and answered the phone (or called me back by COB) every time I needed him. He is friendly, clean cut and very professional. He is well educated, courteous around my wife and kids and well mannered. Basically the dude has it together and is not a disheveled mess. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met. He caries himself with the confidence that no job is to big but remains humble enough that you would hire him for a simple bathroom remodel or an inexpensive deck addition...I can confidently say that he has the knowledge and skill to tackle any job. He took care of every detail from pulling permits to assisting with my material order from Home Depot. He negotiated with the scaffolding company on my behalf and took a bill that potentially was $10k to half of that. He coordinated every city and county inspection and did EVERYTHING on the up and up. I do not have a shadow of a doubt that he is the most honest General Contractor that I have met or will ever meet, and that extends to his crews BTW... On several occasions his crews worked at our house with full access to the inside (we had no option) while we were out of town or away for the entire day. Most of the time he was not there the whole day, leaving Crispin, his main foreman in charge. At no point were any valuables in our house (or garage) even looked at, there was plenty of opportunity for stuff to go missing and it never happened, it's not even a thought to these guys. With a lot of hesitation, I gave him the keys to my house, but our stuff remained as safe as if I was there watching them...it blows my mind that people this honest still exist. Everybody from Jory himself, Crispin, Pablo, Vicente, Thomas, Ken and down to the newest helper were there just trying to make an honest living. They represent what is great about America! The quality of his work: I am in the elevator business, I came from oil and power, I know my way around tools...on a few occasions I tried to cut some corners (not compromising the end product or look, but mainly to save money) and he put his foot down and did things right. On one occasion even saying that his name was on the line and he would work with me on the cost of doing it right if he needed to but refused to cut a corner, even when I was asking him to! In any event, we ran into a lot of water and termite damage to the house that was out of scope and he could have nickle and dimmed me to death but instead chose to keep my final bill reasonable (he is not the cheapest guy out there but he is the best by a long shot, and you truly get what you pay for). Now check this out, and I still have a hard time believing this myself, but, he started my job the day we agreed, he finished my job 15 days ahead of schedule and the final bill was within 2% of his original budget... Everything you have read so far is why I am taking the time (that I don't really have) out of my busy day to write such a detailed review. He deserves to be raved about and no, he did not bride me to write this! As you can read, Jory Romano and his crews far exceeded our expectations. I will never go to another outfit for my future remodeling or constructions needs nor will I ever stop raving about how impressed I am with Reel Construction!

After interviewing nearly a dozen deck companies and builders, I felt most comfortable with Quality Custom Decks. Not only did the owner Richard offer the best quote in terms of price, but he was attentive to my concerns every step of the way. From start to finish, Richard answered my questions and ensured my satisfaction. He also provided my wife and I opinions on minor changes that turned out to be major improvements such as lighting and suggestions that differed from my own vision. Now that our deck is complete, literally neighbors and strangers have stopped their cars to look and comment how beautiful the work is. I am thankful to Richard and his entire team, so much that we have requested he build more decking in the back of our home. Thank you for the incredible craftsmanship.

rob nagele not only did excellent work for me but also is extremely professional, polite and personable...he built an enclosure off the side of my house for my garbage cans, fixed a broken screen on my screened-in patio (which was difficult because the patio is wood-framed and he did it with no damage to the wood) and repaired a wood bench on my deck...he did exactly what i asked so everything came out exactly as i wanted (which shows he really listened to what and how i wanted things done)...i highly recommend him...
