- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can pay by the hour or take advantage of discounts when they book and pay for 6 sessions or more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always a consult visit before services start. This visit is to evaluate the dog, and to share with the dog owner the training methods and time/effort required by the owner. We will discuss any health issues and other problems or concerns as well.
