- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are an event organizer and you plan to cooperate with us constantly, we will discuss additional discounts for you. If your event lasts more than one day, you will receive a 50% discount on the second day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we meet, you determine the budget of your event. We determine the price and you write a check for 50% of the cost of my service, the other 50% after I arrive at your event, but before installing the equipment. Before the event, I definitely need to see the venue for your event, in order to determine the installation location of the equipment and see the height of the ceilings. On the day of your event, I will arrive in advance before the celebration at least 3 hours in advance to install and configure the equipment. After the party, I need at least 2 hours to dismantle my equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for more than 5 years as a DJ and lighting designer at a nightclub. I can show you photos and videos at a meeting.
