I started training with Diaz, in the 80's, on and off, prior to law enforcement. He has always had the ability to keep me motivated and continue with my workouts, even while emptying my stomach. Several years later after becoming a cop I tried out and made the SWAT team. Even on the team he was the lead instructor , he took the time out of his life to have our training days planned out to the last minute. With his leadership and training ability, he is one that I would actually put my life on the line for as I'm sure he would do the same for me. Sometimes I hated him, usually during training. Sometimes I loved him, usually when the shit hit the fan and the training I got from him worked.

EJ Diaz is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the training he provides you. His approach in training adds comfort regardless of your level. He always goes above and beyond. You're in for a treat!

I have a unique perspective on this topic, having had the opportunity to be to trained by Eric, then to train with him, and then actually teach with him. Anyone of any skill level can and will benefit from the training that he provides.

Most instructors out there can get you to the level you want to achieve but EJ Diaz is that extremely rare kind of instructor that can push you to be greater than you ever knew possible.

I have been training with Master Diaz for a little over a year now and I am beyond happy with how things have gone. My fitness is at an all time high and is continuing to improve. Master Diaz has also provided me with firearms training for my concealed weapons permit and that was again top knotch. Many of my friends have told me what a joke their concealed classes were, but Master Diaz' course was thorough and something shooters of all skill levels could learn from. I would HIGHLY recommend anything offered by Master Diaz, he's an excellent instructor with a passion for making people better and that enthusiam is contagious.
