My experience with TruBlue has set my standards high for what to expect out of a handyman service in the future. Before they even sent someone out, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and enthusiastic about providing us services. I'll admit that my wife and I were a bit difficult when trying to determine what exactly we needed, but TruBlue's representatives were patient and took the time to help come up with a plan and fair quote. The handyman they sent out was reliably on-time, professional, courteous, always wore his mask, and referred to me and my wife as sir and ma'am respectively. The new flooring they installed, interior painting, and outside pressure washing were high quality and took a lot of time and effort off of my plate, and it was all done over two days. At first, I wasn't too keen on having strangers in my house while I'm not there, but my trust was clearly well-placed and the handyman treated it like his own home. I have some epoxy work that needs to be done in my garage, so I'll be reaching back out to them for that soon. I'd recommend TruBlue to anyone that needs work done at home.

We called TruBlue to have some minor repairs completed at our home. We were tired of unprofessional drunk handyman showing up late and not doing good work. Trueblue did everything we asked in a timely manner and did a great job. You will not be disappointed

Wish I could give a better rating than "Five Stars"! The folks at TruBlue are reliable, reasonably priced and most importantly always send out well trained, and knowledgeable professionals. The TruBlue Techs/Handyman are always very knowledgeable, work ethic and craftsmanship were all superb.

My 84 year old mother was very happy with his work. She said he was very kind, and did not even charge her extra for some supplies he brought that she was expecting to pay for. She will be having him back to do more work for her around the house. Thank you so much!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Your TruBlue professional will come to your home and discuss your project with you in detail. You can provide us with all of the information we need and ask us about any concerns you may have. Once we have all the information, you will be presented with a detailed firm quote for all the work. If meeting in person isn't an option, we can meet virtually to gather the necessary information and provide you with a quote! We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, Zelle, AND we offer financing!!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  TruBlue is not the typical handyman service, and we strive to change the industry standard. We offer a premium service, and from your first contact with our staff to job completion, you will be treated in a professional and courteous manner. During initial contact we will gather some basic information, and schedule a day and time for our technician to assess the project(s) in person. Once the technician has been out to your home, we will provide you with a firm quote, as well as discuss payment options. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, Zelle AND we offer financing! Once you're ready, we'll schedule your service at a day and time that is convenient for you. After completion of the job we will follow up to ensure the work was completed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Each of our Home Technicians are experienced in the handyman and construction industry, and have over 65 years of combined experience. We are insured and bonded for your protection, and carry general liability insurance and workers comp. All Home Technicians have been vetted and background checked, allowing you to feel safe in your home. We provide routine safety meetings with our technicians.
