- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range from $80 - $200 per session, based on the type of service and duration of session. Check out my website to see distinct pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete the initial questionnaire to get a sense of what type of service you’re looking, readiness to make changes, and intentions/goals. Afterwards, we’ll schedule a discovery session to further explain services and answer any questions. Then, if we determine this is a right fit, we’ll complete a discovery & diagnostic consult to learn more about you, explore goals & intentions, action steps, agreements. After this, we will meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, whatever feels right for you depending on your goals, and meet for a 30 or 50-minute session. If you are receiving shamanic divination, these sessions are 1.5 to 2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master’s of Public Health, concentrating in Behavioral Health. I’m a certified HIV counselor in the state of Florida and previously held a Master’s Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) in my time I worked with the substance use population. I have ten years of experience working with diverse populations in the Tampa Bay area, promoting disease prevention, mental health, self-care, and holistic wellness. As an educator, counselor, and supervisor, I’ve worked in healthcare and academic settings, including medical clinics, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and middle and high schools and universities. I served as an HIV counselor, supervisor, and director of a volunteer HIV testing and counseling program at a student-run free clinic for six years and a consultant to develop an HIV/STI prevention and treatment program at a non-profit behavioral health facility. I served as a prevention, mental health, and substance use counselor and educator of youth and families for six years and a supervisor for two years of the youth services department at the same non-profit organization. For the last year, I have worked for an online meditation and behavioral health company as a behavioral health & mental health coach and I am a student in the process of getting certified by the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). I am also a current student of shamanism (trained in shamanic journeying and divination since 2015) and started my shamanic apprenticeship Spring 2023.
