- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you don't have an estate plan, the government has one that will be implemented. We have packages to meet most budgets. This $250* package is the most popular and includes any 3 docs from the list below. You can choose any 3 from the list below, but most choose 1. Will 2. Power of Attorney 3. Health Directive. A will (for a married couple or single person) is $97*. *Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot give legal advice, but we can refer you to attorneys who can if necessary. We use attorney-prepared state-specific forms serving all 50 states. Some of these documents after preparation will need Notary services and witnesses to complete and we will advise you accordingly. If you want us to add on Notary services so you leave with fully executed documents then you must appear in person to me along with your witnesses, and so on. The legacy documents we create include but are not limited to: Last Will and Testament Grantor Trust (Revocable Living Trust) Pour-Over Will Pet Agreement Health Care Directive Codicil Gift Deed Quitclaim Deed Warranty Deed P.O.A. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial session is 15 minutes and it is FREE. This is just a meet and greet to see if working together is an option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with Liberty University. My Master's degree was in Pastoral Counseling - Leadership, and my BA degree in Bio/Chemistry. However, my industry credentials are in Financial Services. I hold Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker, a Life Insurance Agent, and Notary. I am also a certified credit counselor and a Paralegal. I have also been a Dave Ramsey Financial Peace Leader.
