- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour, my quote is an estimate. I charge to do everything listed on the request. The time it takes for us to clean depends on the initial condition and size of the home. Although We do try our best to work efficiently and fast. As I said the price I have provided is an estimate. I do need to see the property to give you the final price. We can schedule a walk through where I personally drive to your house and check the size and condition of the house and you tell me what your expectations are. Or we can schedule a FaceTime call if that’s more convenient for you. All move in/out cleaning are included oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, and interior windows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we see your request we will send you an estimate. In case you decide to work with us, we will schedule a walk through or a FaceTime call where you will tell me what your expectations are and show me the size and condition of your home. Then I give you the final price. After that, we will go ahead and book a date that works for both of us. We like to work with transparency and honesty. After we give you the final price, there’s no “surprise” fees.
