FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a voracious reader of all things entrepreneurial, from Entrepreneur Magazine to INC to business publications. I also stay up on the latest changes to the laws that impact small businesses, from contractor and employment laws, risk management, changes to business entities, new trends in funding companies and more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We form new business entities, prepare owner agreements and contracts, educate clients on complying with laws regulating their business including employment laws, represent clients in disputes and act as a partner in our clients' success in every way possible. We also represent clients buying or selling businesses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Clients should always research the firm and the attorney they are considering hiring and not base their decision on an advertisement. Ask about education, experience and require a written agreement for how, and how much, you will be charged for services. Your attorney should act like a member of your team, concerned about your success and well-being.
