Introduction: For 17 years, I represented insurance companies in matters of insurance, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Today, I represent only individuals who have been injured as a result of the fault of others. I am board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar, and I am rated AV by Martindale Hubble, the highest rating available to attorneys nationally. I have handled and tried cases throughout the state of Florida since 1986. I am admitted to practice in Florida Bar, and I am member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyer Association, and the Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association. I have served as a member of The Florida Bar Civil Trial Law Certification Committee.
