- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $109/hr and require a 3 hour minimum. All moves are subject to a truck fee. All moving companies have a similar fee, although they may call it something different. We charge this travel fee to cover overhead expenses such as gas, insurance, and travel time, etc. We work hard to guarantee our customers have a 5-star experience with us! We offer discounts to military service members as well as healthcare professionals and elderly folks! We appreciate you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know what services our customers need and then we strive to provide them with the best service possible. We’ll ask about when they want to move and what items they’ll be moving. We prefer having pictures of the items customers will be moving or a detailed list. Also in-person estimates can be arranged when it’s a sizable move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The manager’s first job was at a furniture store which taught him how to handle furniture carefully, build and repair furniture as well as deliver and pick up furniture. He also learned how to provide excellent customer service and how to make customers happy!
