Introduction: I am a virtual international holistic coach that believes in YOU and together we will create an effective strategy to help you succeed. In addition to understanding nutrition I also have been thoroughly trained to understand human behavior and how people make healthier decisions and enhance their lifestyle via my Graduate degree education in both Health Science and Career Counseling. Becoming healthy is a lifestyle choice that often requires a coach who understands and has been trained on enhancing ones mindset to facilitate making effective wellness choices and living a purposeful and meaningful life.
I've been where many beginners start, feeling overwhemed by all of the conflicting online information and want to share my experiences and expertise. My intention is to shorten your timeframe of searching for quality answers, which allows you to begin better enjoying your body, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Our intro call was very enjoyable. Ebonie has great credentials, she sounds very knowledgable, and I can tell she lives what she teaches. She provides a range of service based on a specific need. She is professional, organized, on time, and is flexible in calling/meeting times. I have never worked with someone in this profession but her pricing is affordable. Even though I do not live near her I am excited to work with her via other communication channels.

Ebonie is wonderful, with two sessions she has helped me see things differently and to achieve a better and more positive relation with others, specially my family! She has told me two phrases/statements that have stayed in my mind and are helping me incredibly!!!!! Her sessions are fun and you feel better afterwards! Can't wait to have more sessions with her so I can overcome feelings that sometimes are hard to struggle with! I highly recommend Ebonie!

I'll start off by saying that Ebonie is a great coach. The knowledge she had to share with me was great and was customized to my needs. Her flexibility to meet during my crazy schedule was what first led me to hiring her and I havent regret it. She held me accountable and didn't judge me when I wasn't doing something wrong. If you are look for someone who is willing to share what she know and generally be there for you, you don't have to look any further.
